Verses and Brush Strokes
Poetry nourishes the soul.
That has always been my belief. Ever since we were made to memorize Cecil Frances Alexander’s “All Things Bright and Beautiful” in grade school, I’ve preferred poetry over other literary work. I am always amazed with poems: the vivid vision they invoke in the reader’s mind, the emotion every word carries.
In my opinion, a poem is a very personal composition. The poet shares his view of the world, his life experiences, his emotions, his dreams and his aspirations.
In my own little way, I tried my hand at poetry writing. And I would like to share them with you, readers. I planned to give each of them a visual interpretation but… Maybe in the future.
For now, I hope you will enjoy reading some old compositions.
(Please give your impression–good or bad. I’d appreciate any form of criticism.)

Poetry, as they, is a reflection of one’s soul.
Keep on writing and posting poems! ;p
