National Book Store is celebrating National Children’s Book Day with fun activities at Robinsons Galleria from July 25 until July 27. It’s a perfect opportunity for parents to start engaging their kids in books and to help them see that reading is also fun!

Be charmed and inspired by storytellers (July 25), puppeteers (July 26), and cooking experts (July 27) only at Bestsellers. Other exciting activities include ballet performance, coloring, drawing and scrapbooking in the Robinsons Galleria Activity Center and Jumpstreet.

    It’s really important for parents to inculcate to their children the habit of reading.

    My tita just told me my brother DJ is not yet showing signs of interest in reading to think that he’s 6 years old. He is more interested in numbers daw.

    Salve: give him books that are related to his interests. if he like numbers, there are story books that are math-themed. that could do the trick or at least that’d get his attention.

    ang sarap naman nyan! am sure my kids would enjoy that.. mahilig sila sa books kahit na hindi pa sila marunong magbasa. kasi memorize na nila ang stories e kaya kunyari marunong na, hehehe

    Salve: they certainly would enjoy these activities. maybe they could also try some Filipino storybooks, since meron nang stories na presented in English and Filipino. :)

    Surelllly, dalhin ko bagets after class niya bukas. Ok yan kasi every friday reading story books sila sa Reading subject. Medyo bilin sa bagets ko yun kaya pag gabi gusto niya pag bedtime na read muna sotry. minsan siya ang nagbabasa ako nakakatulog. Pero pag ako nagbabasa bago matulog ilan story muna. Well, ang maganda dun baka masulit ako ng isang gabi ng pagbabasa ng kwento, sana nga. At syempre special OB sakin yan.

    Salamat sa info ate (hahahahahahaha). malamang mag-eenjoy ang dallen sa mga books. timing na rin kc reading ang subject nila kaya punta kami sa sabado. aru! ang rayuma ko malamang susumpungin na naman.

    Salve: malamang magpa-participate si Dallen sa lahat ng activities. parang di nawawalan ng energy yang baby girl mo e. :D

    Super na-enjoy ng bagets ang mga activities, pati nga cooking lesson na pang-mommy pinatulan.
    Ayun resulta absent ako next day sa office. Kasi nga bumigay. Pero ok lang enjoy naman saka super bonding din namin
